My name is Greg Pedersen. I recently started a Vienna style cart catering service in hopes of building a better life for myself and my daughter Riley, the light of my life and inspiration for this endeavor.  She is only 2 right now but, by the time she is ready, my goal is to be able to put her through college and leave her a legacy.  I service most of the greater Chicagoland area. Since I am fully mobile, I can set up and serve anywhere (so long as my cart will fit!), I can safely cook indoors or out and I can't wait to be a part of your next event.  So let's cook up some great food and wonderful memories to last a lifetime together.

As you can deduce from the name, I serve Red Hots, however, I also offer many other items to choose from including Beer Braised Bratwurst, Pub Burgers, Junior Dogs, Italian Beef, Freshly Popped Popcorn, Nachos and more. Let me help make your next event hassle free and unforgettable.
